Validity
The General Terms and Conditions shall apply for all offers, confirmation of orders, deliveries and invoices. Deviating agreements are valid only in writing. Conditions of the customer are not valid unless they comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the « Shot Shop AG ».

Prices
for products of personal equipment to individuals in Switzerland and Liechtenstein
The prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) net incl. VAT and per piece, pair or set, from stock « Shot Shop AG » in CH-4900 Langenthal. Charges for conveyance and packaging costs (Portis, freight, packaging, etc.) are charged at cost price to our customers. The prices have the time of order valid and replace all previous prices. Prior sales and price changes are expressly reserved.
for equipment and products of curling rinks in Curling centers, clubs, ice masters, etc. in Switzerland and Liechtenstein

for products that are sold abroad
Prices for export (in foreign countries) determines must be obtained, as these products before duty will be charged untaxed.

Prices and value of the gift vouchers
When purchasing a gift voucher purchase is the voucher value 1 : 1, calculated without any discounts. Who redeems a gift voucher with products to us, which the value of the gift voucher 1 : 1, counted the granting of any discount on the selected products. Remaining gift vouchers rewards balances will not be paid. Monetary values of gift vouchers can generally not be paid.

Delivery or collection within Switzerland
The ordered products by appointment (just call us, we are there for you !) picked up in our shop in Langenthal. Delivery will be made after the election of „Shot Shop AG“. The transportation costs depends on the tariffs currently applicable and are payable by the customer. If the products to be sent as Priority or Urgent, this must be specifically stated in the order, the additional costs shall be borne by the customer.

Delivery abroad
Without special agreement the deliveries are made based on Post Pac International Priority. The transportation costs depend on the tariffs currently applicable and are payable by the customer (www.swisspost.ch). If the products to be sent as Priority or Urgent means of transport, this must be specifically stated in the order ; the additional cost shall be borne by the customer.

Delivery times
The products are normally delivered from stock, intermediate sale remains expressly reserved. If a separately agreement delivery period is exceeded, the customer is entitled to a reasonable extension attaching to rescind the contract. Other claims due to delivery delays are excluded.

Complaints
Complaints must be made within 5 days of receipt of the products. Please check the products upon receipt without delay. The products travel at the risk of the customer. In case of complaints (breakage, loss, etc.), we ask you immediately -– for the purpose of facts – to get in touch with the transporter. Complaints must be made immediately in writing to « Shot Shop AG », in order to give us the opportunity to examine the alleged defects. The customer has due to complaints no rights and claims other than those expressly mentioned here. In particular claims for compensations for direct and/or indirect damages are excluded.

Selection deliveries
The unselected, to select with delivery note delivered products must be returned within 5 working days ; these are redeemed only in unused, perfect condition. The products retained by the customer will be charged upon receipt of unneeded products by invoices, against paying slip. Transportation costs, shipping- and handling charges will not be credited.

Redemptions of incorrectly ordered or unneeded products
Deliverd products withdrawn only by appointment and only for products in new, unused and perfect condition. Credits will be granted only if the products arrive in our shop within 10 days after receiving the products. In order to cover our handling- and settlement costs, we credit a maximum of 80% of the original sales price. Transportation costs, shipping- and handling charges will not be credited.

Cancellation of the order / Resignation
In case of cancellation resp. withdrawal, we charge costs of 10% of the order amount, but at least CHF 25.00. All costs for transportation, packaging etc. of the products contributes to the perpetrator. Taking back goods resp. Cancellations and withdrawals form abroad can not be accepted.

Orders for amusement and tests by way of the Online-Shop
Orders for amusement and tests cause administrative expenditures an turnover reversals. The order to determine the perpetrators, we register the IP-adress in the moment of ordering. Because at an ordering by internet it’s a matter of a contract of purchase, we call in the claim case of need, even at orders of amusements and tests.

Payment
According to agreement and execution through our Online-Shop we accept the following payment methods : cash, or debit card when you pick up, bank transfer or post transfer via payment slip with delivery on account, prepayment. The payments have to be required at once, but at the latest within 14 days.

Salvatoric Clause
Is a regulation of the present GTC by another excluded completely or partly ineffective, the validity and/or effectiveness of the remaining regulations or parts stay untouched. The invalid and/or ineffective regulations will be replaced by those which comes nearest the sense and purpose of the invalid and/or ineffective regulations in a legally and economically manner. The same applies in any gaps in these GTC.

Governing law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Exclusive place of jurisdiction : The competent courts of the Canton of Berne.
